Orders
Please note submitting an order enquiry* does not confirm and/or complete your order.
Once the request button is ‘clicked on’ our florist will review your order and be in touch to complete your order. Please ensure all contact details are correct.
If you have any strong likes or dislikes, please include these in your order notes and will do our very best to fulfil your requirements.
Delivery
All orders will be created and personally delivered by the florist. We deliver to most areas in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Moorlands, and for those a little further we usually accommodate but with a small delivery charge (distance dependent) which we will discuss when ordering (probably best to call to order in this case).
Due to high demand and factors outside of our control, we cannot always guarantee particular times, unless for a particluar occasion (for example – funeral or wedding, please ask on ordering).
Please let us know if you need a contact free delivery.
Please note that some items on the website may be seasonal and only available at certain times of the year, please specify any colours, dislikes or special requirements in the comments box or give us a call. Collections will need to be arranged by a timed appointment only.
